Cancellation Policy

Shop with the peace of mind that your order can be cancelled and returned to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving them.

Should you wish to return an item, please email us in the 1st instance to advise us of the return. We will then email you a returns number & form which should be completed in full & enclosed with your return, this helps us to identify your original order quickly & therefore enables us to process your return without delay. We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receiving your item, however please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear on your statement/account dependant on your original method of payment.
 
All product returns are at the cost of the customer (unless we have sent the wrong item or it is faulty)
